Optional finish memory stores one selected finish on this device. It is not read or written before permission. Necessary-only use works without it, and removing the choice clears that optional record.

Browser-readable choice and welcome-dismissal cookies hold only those choices; they are not the protected session cookie. A stale page checks the current permission before saving another finish.

A care selection record includes quantities, intended finishes, recorded finish conditions, planned patch-test location, delivery details and the shown total. Card inputs have no submitted names, and their values are not included in the recorded request.

Care-letter signup records the email and affirmative permission separately. Enquiries about a record can be sent to support@grainpolishroom.shop with its reference.
