Post and returns.

Postage is$5.50 for a merchandise selection below$60 before the letter saving. From$60, postage is included. The10% letter saving changes the merchandise amount, not the postage line.

Use a complete delivery name and address. A care-tray reference keeps those details together with the chosen preparation and finish.

For a return enquiry, write to support@grainpolishroom.shop with the reference and item name before sending goods. Retain containers, labels and packaging so the preparation can be identified.

Do not use a product that appears damaged or different from the order. Avoid sending an item to an address that has not been confirmed for the return.
